NEW YORK, NY (July 30, 2009) – Owners of Kinected, an integrative Pilates wellness center in Chelsea, have been chosen to not only spread their knowledge about health and wellness, but also guide others to successfully purchase a business. Carrie McCulloch, MD, with her husband, Matt, a master Pilates instructor and educator, purchased an existing New York City Pilates studio business in 2008 and subsequently expanded and re-branded the business to launch Kinected, a unique center that integrates health and fitness under one roof.

Carrie and Matt were nominated by readers of Pilates-Pro.com to be the guest Pilates-on-Call moderators for the month of May to answer questions on buying a business during this difficult financial time, starting a studio, renovating a space and more.

Carrie was also selected to serve as a panelist for the New York City chapter of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) during an event about buying a business in today’s environment.
