- Pre-natal classes: Revitalizing mat and equipment classes designed exclusively for expecting moms; both classes utilize pregnancy-modified exercises to keep you healthy and happy. (Mat: $18, Equipment: $35; packages available.)
- Pre-natal private sessions: Custom-tailored private sessions to support you before, during, and after your pregnancy. (From $90/session; packages available.)
- Pre-natal Tri-Pack: A comprehensive, value-packed pre-natal experience: 3 private sessions + 3 prenatal equipment class + 3 prenatal mat classes. (From $385--a 10% savings!)
- Post-natal @ Home Pack: For new moms ready to continue a Pilates regimen but not yet ready to come to our home, we will come to yours! This amazing service gets you back to feeling your best with no travel hassle at all. The package contains 4 sessions: the first 2 sessions are 30-min long to ease you into movement, the 3rd is 45-min, and the final session brings you up to the usual 60-min duration. This is also a great introduction for new moms who are also new to Pilates! (From $380--a 5% savings.)
