1-on-1 sessions with our seasoned instructors provide individualized attention to your body’s needs. Hand-selected for their excellence in teaching and intensive study in anatomy, biomechanics, injuries, and postural assessment, our instructors tailor each 55-minute session to your level and desired focus. Each session utilizes a variety of specialized Pilates equipment.

Semi-privates combine the affordability of group classes with the individualized attention of one-on-one sessions. Grab a friend (or two) and choose from a range of packages and prices, based on differing levels of instructor experience.
• For duets and trios, we recommend clients find their own partners.
If you need help with the process, please let our front desk know, and we will do our best to connect you with another client.
• Before taking semi-privates, we recommend clients begin with private sessions, or have prior experience on Pilates equipment, in order to get the most out of their sessions. |
