With the FAMI Workshop only one week away and excitement at its peak we bring you the 3rd & final round of Anatomy Games- DUN DUN DUN! The name of the game this time around is Anatomy Cues. Think “nipples to the sky!” (thank you Kelly) or “flexhaaale!” (courtesy of everyone’s favorite Pilates rap artist, Kathy) – those simple cues instructors call out that have resonated with you and brought clarity to your Pilates practice. “Like” Kinected on Facebook and post your favorite cue(s) as well as any revelatory anecdotes you wish to share on our wall for a chance to win a FREE 10-pack of mat classes!
