Decompress Your Body and Life
Gravity, poor posture, capsular restrictions and lack of movement and strength, as well as over use, can create compression in hips knees, low backs and shoulders. Strategies for decompressing these major joints of the body are out there but can be hard to integrate into a one-on-one movement based session. In this workshop we will go from the deep to superficial creating systematic strategies for mobilizing and decompressing joints and their capsules and fascial systems and the muscles they encase. We will then look at strengthening/exercise protocols that will help us counteract life’s compressive forces!
