26 Jul pop up ED with Kelly + Rebekah!
pop up workshop on 8/1: refining movement quality in the Pilates practice
You can study anatomy to your heart’s content, but obsessing about the details of structure won’t make you a beautiful or integrated mover. Let’s explore the language and imagery we use around movement and how that language translates into coordinated, embodied and connected movement for ourselves and our clients. We’ll conduct this exploration through the lens of biotensegrity and develop new ways of moving as opposed to exercising. Join us for the first-ever collaboration between Kelly + Rebekah in their 17 years together!
