Kim Brandt is a Pilates instructor in New York, with over two decades of professional work as a choreographer, dancer and educator. Kim is interested in Pilates as a method for body awareness, injury prevention/recovery, and optimizing functional movement. She received her Pilates training from the Kane School in New York.
