Any given year nearly 54 million adults in the U.S. suffer from arthritis. The main joints affected by degenerative arthritis are hips, knees, shoulder and the spine. An arthritic knee is complicated when it comes to overall care of the knee – too much movement can cause a flare up and too can cause atrophy to vital muscles of the knee, and the rest of the lower extremity. Kane School Teacher Trainer and Kinected instructor Monica Mordaunt will take you through a 75-min masterclass class that will strike the balance of programming to care for the arthritic knee and to keep you moving.
