Set Up:
Side lying
Legs straight
Elbow bent weight resting on forearm
Free arm reaching forward
Move:
Inhale: Contract abdominals
Exhale: Press forearm into floor and lift hips
Inhale: Raise arm towards ceiling
Exhale: Lower arm and return hips to the floor

- Perform arm circles with free arm
