Set up:
- Seated, knees flexed hands holding shins
- Neutral spine or slightly flexed lumbar
Move:
- Inhale: Contract abdominals
- Exhale: Roll back off of ischial tuberosity and flex
lumbar - Inhale: Maintain contraction
- Exhale: Articulate up to seated position
Modification: Alternate lifting one foot
