Fun fact: During a press-event while still a Rockette, Stephanie once spent a sunny afternoon in Gillette Stadium kicking field goals with Adam Vinatieri.

Stephanie has been training private clients and facilitating instructor certification programs in the New York City tri-state area for 20+ years. Her weekly clientele includes professional dancers and athletes, Broadway performers and she has advised hundreds on managing chronic issues and recovering from traumatic injuries. She carefully customizes on-going wellness programs for those suffering from conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, cancer and strokes, as well as spinal conditions including scoliosis and fusions. Stephanie brings her insight and talents to assist women during and after pregnancy. Her vast knowledge enables her to make adjustments to any workout class or program – even for those with special needs. She is acutely aware of the effects of trauma on the human body and spirit and her keen awareness of healing through movement guides her now in her treatment of so many others.

 

Stephanie is certified in Plates through the Kane School and is a Senior Instructor and Teacher Trainer at Kinected She is the education manager leading the mission to teach future trainers to be as passionate as she is about aiding wellness. Stephanie is also an instructor for Boys Dance Too where she teaches anatomy, biomechanics, stretching and strengthening techniques to male dancers between the ages of 8-20. Stephanie is a Certified Level 1 GYROTONIC® Instructor. She holds her pre and postnatal certification from the Center for Women’s Fitness and is also certified in Core Align, and Bodhi Suspension Programs. Stephanie is a retired Radio City Rockette and Broadway performer, holds a B.A. in Dance from Point Park University, and is the proud mom of Cooper. Book with Stephanie now!
