Don’t miss our next kinectED with studio director Matt McCulloch: Choreography Intensive – Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Small Barrel. Expand your exercise repertoire with this choreography intensive, which will give you knowledge and confidence to incorporate the barrel and chair into your every day programming and special populations. In this workshop, you will also learn:
1. Original and contemporary choreography on the spine corrector, barrels and Wunda Chair.
2. Progressions for the basic client to the advanced on the spine corrector, barrels and Wunda Chair.
3. How to utilize the barrels for clients with lower back pathologies.
4. How to utilize the barrels for the client with postural issues.
5. How to utilize the chair for the injured weight bearing athlete.
Dates: Sat, Jan 16th: 10am-4pm, Sun, Jan 17th: 10am-4pm
CECs: Kane School = 10 hours
Cost: $375 before Jan 1 ($400 after)
