Amy discovered Pilates after a sports related injury left her with chronic hip pain and eventually a hip replacement. Amy has been in the fashion industry for many years and her last job was right across the street from Kinected. No matter how hectic her work schedule was, she always made time for Pilates, especially before and after a long flight. She felt so lucky to have a studio close to her that focused on the therapeutic and rehabilitative aspects of Pilates. A combination of Pilates, physical therapy, and hard work has kept her pain free. After being a client for so many years, her experience inspired her to become an instructor through the Kane School of Core Integration. She is equally inspired to help others to work through injury and to maintain wellness. She is grateful to be a part of the Kinected team and to deepen her knowledge and expertise through the residency program.
