Catherine Danaher

Instructor

Catherine’s movement style is anatomical, athletic and calming. She began to study movement when working in the corporate world. With a background in collegiate rowing and then marathon running, she was drawn to the study of anatomy and self-myofascial release to understand and heal injuries in her own body.

As a movement practitioner, Catherine weaves her experience as a personal trainer and self-myofascial release facilitator with a contemporary style of Pilates. She works to create a space where clients feel safe, empowered and connected in an organized body.

After living in San Francisco and Hong Kong, Catherine now calls Brooklyn home. She’s forever in search of the best cappuccino and chocolate chip cookie in town!
