The Foot: the Foundation of Locomotion Part I (5/18: 1:30-5:30) places the properly aligned foot at the foundation of a well-functioning body. Foot anatomy & function and foot-focused programming are at the core of this essential workshop. The Foot: the Foundation of Locomotion Part II (6/15: 1:30-5:30) delves more deeply into musculoskeletal imbalances, patho-mechanics & exercise protocols, as well as ways to assess basic foot mechanics and protocol for specific conditions.
