kinectED: understanding scoliosis w/ Kuan
Understanding Scoliosis (7/13 & 7/14: 9am-2pm), taught by Kuan Hui Chew, will explore the three-dimensional compensatory nature of scoliosis, the causes and effects of spinal deviations, and methodical ways to identify typical postural holdings. Participants will learn creative exercises to address imbalances, improve proprioception, and foster awareness.
