Exercise of the month: Scissors

Stay trim this season with our December exercise of the month, scissors! This modification emphasizes the abdominals, psoas and hamstring flexibility.

Set Up:
Supine/knees flexed
Neutral spine

Inhale: flex thoracic spine off the mat and extend one leg to 90 degrees
Exhale: lower extended leg towards the mat
inhale: return extended leg to 90 degrees
