16 Mar benefit class for Sheldon Thomas!
Join us for a benefit class with Matt McCulloch, all proceeds going to wrongfully convicted Sheldon Thomas, who was just released after 18+ years behind bars:
4/27: in-person reformer/jumpboard class: 1-2pm ($40)
As of 4/28, the class will be available on virtually kinected for a 1-week rental ($24)
Learn how to jump efficiently on and off the reformer in this 50-min class while supporting an important cause. Studio director Matt McCulloch will use a combination of reformer + mat exercises to teach you proper biomechanics on equipment as well as off. Learn how to accelerate and de-celerate back to earth. Stick the landing without injury!
