Our next kinectED workshop: BodyWise Connection: Training to Heal with Joy Puleo is Dec 14-15! This training follows the journey from diagnosis to the ‘new normal’ and presents movement and training choices to best assist the physical and emotional healing process. Throughout this program, movement is used to assist the healing process (emotional and physical) and specifically focuses on each stage of the journey from surgery and reconstruction, chemotherapy, radiation, hormone treatments and the potential problem of lymphedema. Joy Puleo has presented workshops and instructor training courses at numerous conferences and is a well-respected international educator.
