Advanced Prenatal Concepts on the Equipment with Deb Goodman, MSPT:
Sat + Sun, 9/25-9/26, 9am-4pm
Take the concepts learned in pilates through pregnancy fundamentals + apply them to exercises using the reformer, chair, and tower. participants in this workshop will solidify their understanding of the goals of exercise during pregnancy and further expand their exercise repertoire. please note: this is an in-person workshop.
