We’re excited to announce a new platform for our virtually kinected classes featuring on-demand access! Starting Monday, 3/8, our livestream classes will be recorded and archived for 30 days on our *NEW* on-demand replay tab for you to access anytime, anywhere!

No need to sign up for classes in advance to get the recording, no need to scroll through emails to find the recording link – this 1-stop makes it much easier to stay kinected with your body and favorite teachers. Check out these helpful hints for getting set up:

How do I access the livestream classes?

• Log in (or create an account if you’re new) to MBO.
• Go to the “livestream” tab and sign up for the class you’d like to take.
• If you do not have a current monthly pass, pay a single drop-in fee or choosing an unlimited monthly subscription (see our new pricing options below, starting 4/12).
• Check your inbox for an email from FitGrid 15-30 minutes before your class, click on the class link provided to join!

How will the livestream work and will the livestream classes be recorded?

• The livestream will operate as it has been with an email from FitGrid and the class streaming over Zoom. Instructors will also take questions at the end of class after the recording has finished. Please note: All livestream classes will be recorded for unlimited replays. Instructor video only is recorded but all audio, including class participants, is recorded. Please see our privacy policy and terms of service.

How do I access the on-demand recordings?

• To access our replay (on-demand) library, go to the “on-demand” tab in MBO (right next to the livestream tab)
• You’ll see 30 days worth of recorded classes you can take any time, as many times as you would like! Replays will be available 24 hours after classes originally air.

Will there be different pricing options for the new platform?

• • Yes! We will no longer offer a weekly pass, but drop-in pricing options are available:

Will my current monthly pass from the former platform transfer over to this platform?

• Yes! If you have a current monthly plan, you will have access to the same unlimited livestream class offerings, plus our new on-demand replay library, for the remainder of your 30-day pass. You can buy the current monthly pass until 4/26!
  

  Can I access the livestream and on-demand classes through the mobile app?

• You’ll be able to sign up for livestream classes and join on the MBO client mobile app, but there is no on-demand access from there. The on-demand library can be viewed on a mobile device through your mobile browser.
