Join Matt for a 55-min livestream class diving deep into self-care exercises to prevent common injuries in the climber due to repetition of movement, and asymmetry of flexibility and strength. This class will focus on the 3 areas of the body most often injured in climbers – the shoulder, low back + hip. All you need for this class is a towel, stable chair and the mindset to create balance in your body to keep you on the wall and not on the couch.
