virtually kinected week 7 guest teachers: Portia Page + Joy Puleo
We’re going bicoastal this week with Portia + Joy, bringing you a 2-part class series focusing on dynamic function between the trunk + upper extremity and trunk + lower extremity. These classes will give you choreography to help correct your biomechanics between these two regions and strengthen them, too!
1. Portia Page: upper extremity + trunk movement
