Our focus for the month is the forearm/hand! The forearm alone is made up of 20 muscles and the hand + wrist articulate 27 bones, all to help us perform hundreds of necessary tasks each day – so it’s no wonder they could use a little extra love. Our mods of the month drop next week, and our Student Lecture Series will be with Kristen Rizzuto on 10/29 @11am!
